When should I expect shipment?

After payment authorization, usual handling takes 1–2 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days.

Can I change my mind about a backpack or bag?

Yes. Eligible non-defective new items may be returned if unused and in original condition. We also accept defective new-item returns and exchange requests when made within 30 days after delivery.

How is an approved item sent back?

Mail it only after approval and return-address confirmation, using the free prepaid label included in the package. There is no restocking fee; ask us if the label is missing.

Does approval mean the credit has arrived?

No. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, while posting can take longer at the financial institution.
