Preparing your parcel

We begin handling a paid order once its payment is authorized. Allow 1–2 business days for normal preparation; address questions, weekends, holidays, and unusual volume may change that estimate.

Time with the carrier

The estimated journey after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Transit is separate from preparation, and weather or carrier interruptions can affect arrival; no specific delivery date is guaranteed.

Options shown at checkout

The available destinations, delivery methods, and charges for an order are displayed before payment. Tracking details are sent to the order contact when the carrier makes them available.

When delivery needs attention

Please check the destination address before placing an order. If a parcel is late, damaged, lost, or shown as delivered but cannot be found, send the order number and any tracking reference to adoyabidozej44@gmail.com so we can investigate.
